Hiked with a group

Top 10 day to be hiking on the mountain. Deep blue skies and powdery white snow greeting our group for this energizing hike from the Gould Trailhead on a loop hike up the Cheshire Harbor and Appalachian Trails to the summit of Mount Greylock with a return on the lesser traveled Gould Trail. The summit presented miles and miles of uninterrupted views and a mix of hikers, skiers and snowmobile-rs. Trail crampons and or snowshoes are a must for this hike.

Trail Report: 6.88 mi round trip; 2,336 vert ft.; Two peaks down; five to go! Up next…TBD, but it might be another winter hike. I’m enjoying this way too much!
