The dreaded Flatiron. Just kidding; it’s always fun!

It was a nice enough day and not too hot and crowded, though on the way back down there seemed to be a lot of people unprepared for such a hike, with bad footwear, inadequate water, and WAY too many dogs for a not-dog-friendly hike.  In my three previous times up there I had seen a total of ONE dog, and there were at least ten.  I mentioned it to a friend, and he said that Flatiron is a popular Instagram spot, and people like bring their dogs. 🙁

Still, a great day with friends!
