1st time to hike in snow..first time to see snow EVER!

I was supposed to join 3H hiking group but I woke up late. I arrived on site past 7am. I went frog leaping with a lot of people. Met some nice group of hikers. I met one of the ambassadors, Tony. The best part of the hike is meeting these awesome people.. I am not good with names but I'll try to connect with them through FB or IG.

After the hike I went to Grassy Hollow visitor center and learned that it was vandalized a few weeks ago. It was upsetting to know that some people are just simply don't care about our country and the environment. It was a nice visit though, taking to the nice park rangers and learn more about LA mountains and wilderness.

It was a nice hike to start with the challenge.
