A lot of parking at Chantry Flats if you start early. Started the trail before sunset and was a long and grueling hike. All Trails states 11.9 mile but was more like 16 miles. We took the Chantry flats to Mount Wilson via Winter Creek. The last 3 miles was tough steep incline but worth the view. Gorgeous day sunny but not hot. Felt like hiking in the clouds. Fun hike.
