Post Fire Regrowth and Vistas

Beautiful sunny day with a coastal breeze so that even 80 degrees wasn’t too hot. Though the trail itself was nothing to write home about, the views are spectacular. It’s a year and a half after the Tubbs fire and though we could still see evidence of the fire, hopeful new growth abounded everywhere. The twisted blackened trees had a certain eery beauty to them.
