The Rose has her thorns!

This trail was so beautiful… roaming cows, chipmunks, flowing brooks, places for drinking water, even a privy on the trail.  With all that said – it was long and rolling… and I mean rolling.  On the way back, we made a wrong turn which turned out ok because it put us on a horse trail to the bottom.   So our hike went from 18 miles to 21.9 miles.

The weather was perfect, even a little breezy which was nice.
