Bear Mountain with the Bees…

Hot But Fun… 

great butt kicker of a hike up Bear Mountain from the parking lot.

We started it a little late, 8 a.m. , but had a wonderful time. The heat wasn’t unbearable, but an earlier start would have made it perfect. This is one that needs to be completed early in the year or late in the fall.

On the way up we had a swarm of bees fly directly over us, and had to hunkered down for a minute while they passed. No bears were seen, LOL. But a lot of lizards.
