Great Hike!  Started from the Red Box picnic area, and finally got to try out our adventure pass for parking.  We crossed the road to get to the start of the strawberry peak trail, which was very well marked and has a decent amount of hikers and mountain bikers on it.  The sun was very strong, and we wound up getting a few sunburns despite several applications of sunscreen.  The first few miles are light and go along a lovely trail that is carved along the side of a mountain.  The final part is a more strenuous uphill climb along a ridgeline that includes several smaller peaks along the way.  We had a substantial lunch at the summit, and enjoyed the nice views while there.  We also brought Raymond with us, which made for great company.
