Road was open right to the parking lot for the trailhead. Trail was well maintained with no issues. There were a lot of insects out but very few were interested in people. Mostly the bees were pollinating and the butterflys were doing there thing. Only one snake, not a rattle snake, was spotted slithering off the trail as I approached. Great hike!!
