The trail was long and brutal…17 miles. The hike up to the summit was beautiful, and this time I can prepared to at lessen the effects of elevation sickness and hallelujah!!! It worked. No nausea or vomiting, or queasiness of the stomach. Maybe a little woozy at above 10000 ft, but otherwise, am good and was able to summit! My first 10000 plus!!!! The feeling of accomplishment and joy, it’s so overwhelming, it fills your heart and mind. Thanks to my friends Ate Maria, Vina and Jessica…. beautiful, amazing, kick ass women. Love you guys.
