Killer workout at Mt. Baden-Powell

The very first mile was a killer because there was no warm up ground level, it was straight up ahead with switchbacks. The good thing about switchbacks, there was also a recovery to rest my heart from pumping like rock and roll. Boy, how i did it? No idea. I guess i was motivated that i went with a group and a buddy knowing that i am safe and pushed me that i can complete my first challenge. As soon as we hit the top, boy, i was in tears. Tears of joy. The view was spectacular. The hike is not for the beginner. Make sure that you’ve hiked locally and practice for at least 6 months. I’ve been a hiker since 2 years ago but this hike was not a piece of cake compare to the little mountains i have hiked. I am proud of myself! 🙂
