Wildflowers blooming

This is an incredible hike. The first few miles take you through a burn, where wildflowers are returning and the colors and contortions of the burnt pines were interesting to see. The last 1.2 miles is more open with only the very top being rocky. Quite a few Grouse along the way. Easy surface to hike but big elevation gains. And then there’s the incredible view at the top….WOW!
