Initially, the temp was nice at 50 degrees Fahrenheit. As we ascended, it got cooler. We hit some patches of snow and thankfully I brought my microspikes. Thankful for the switchbacks because it was already VERY difficult.
This was my first of the 6Peak challeng and the last time I hiked was back in January. Felt very accomplished at the summit. It is great to hike during the weekday because there are less people. It took me 8.5 hours to finish.

Very smart to go that Friday! We went the next day and got soaked from snow and rain.. no crowd though- haha
