It was kind of eerie hiking here. There was fog on the way up and no animals were around anywhere. Trees were burned and black from the recent fires. It was an incredibly beautiful hike and the sun was setting on the way down. I was bummed that it was essentially a fire road the whole way up except the first mile, but it was a great easy hike.
