On Saturday 4/21 we hiked up to dry lake to overnight. Speaking with other campers up there, it sounded like people were not able to Summit this route. The spring is not running at Dry Lake.
We started up the South Fork route on Sunday, again running into people who turned back at the plane crash site due to ice. We decided to hike back down to the Dollar Lake Trail junction and attempt that way. Which was long, but successful. The day ended with 2 hours of night hiking bCm to our cars, but the trail was easy for that.
