Bear Mountain this last weekend was sunny with full exposure in 93 degrees on the mountain. Summit was clear views 365 degrees from the top. There were firefighters local training with their gear sprinting up this trail. If you see them be respectful and pull to the side. The whole hike took 3 hours roundtrip for us to do the 5 miles. We did not stop at the top longer than probably 5 minutes and started our trek back down. Bring lots of water since it is a fully exposed hike.
