Cuyamaca Peak
Got here around 9:30 AM and saw many hikers at the trailhead. I think most everyone took other routes as I opted to take the fire road up. The entire hike was on paved asphalt which made it a smooth hike. The incline was continuous all the way to the top with intermittent level ground along the way. The hike didn’t provide too many good views except for the summit which was spectacular. There were gnats along the hike but not too bad. They also charge $10 upon arrival and check your receipt on the way out.
