El Cajon

We had perfect weather for this hike!  We arrived at the trailhead at 5:30 so we had to park on the street. The trail head is easy to find and there are bathrooms before you start your hike.  This is a tough one but the beautiful views were a great distraction. The trail is steep and rocky but easy to follow. Be prepared for it to be almost as challenging on the way back. Some posts I read said plan for equal time out and back but we were slightly faster on the way back.  Happy Hiking ?
