El Cajon Mountain, and El Capitan

Came to 11.9 miles, + 3701 ft, added El Capitan to it for a 0.2 mile addition each way.  My final hike of the challenges for 2021! A gorgeous trail!  Awesome views the whole way.  Cool rocks on the mountains.  Very lush with various vegetation.  It was a bit muddy after the rain.  Very roller coaster like with steep sections.    Overall a great trail – would do again.
