Finally

We completed this as part of a 3-day, 2-night Presidential Traverse.  We had trouble on the first day as it was so hot and humid that we didn’t make it up to Madison Hut until dinner time.  A big storm came in with very high  wind-gusts so we got a late start on day 2, choosing to skip summiting Mt. Madison, Mt. Adams, and Mt. Jefferson to make sure we were able to summit Mt. Washington.  Summitted Mt. Washington around 7:30pm and it was great.  We didn’t get to Lakes of the Cloud Hut until 9:45pm but luckily the croo held our food for us.  Finished the traverse on day 3 by summitting Monroe, Eisenhower, and Pearce.
