Franconia Ridge

Park Ranger talked us into going counter clockwise, had done clockwise before.

Falling water had beautiful views and once done you are about a third of the way up the front of Little Haystack , steep and hard. On the plus side you do not have perpetual view of your goal (the ridge) so this was a psychological boast.

Beautiful wild flowers today.

This is still my favorite of the hikes despite the difficulties.
