Perfect, cool day to hike Black Mountain. The first couple miles were average but then it gets tougher and tougher. The last two miles are extreme and a great challenge.  It’s 2/3 service roads with the last 1/3 narrow hiking trail.

I saw a few dear and a bobcat. The views are stunning. Im sure in the spring it’s even more beautiful.
