Mount Si….oh sigh

Mount Si was a great hike. We got to the trailhead about 7:15 AM, parking lot wasn’t full and for the most part on our way up we didn’t encounter many people and all we did practiced amazing trail etiquette. The way down was way busier as the late starters were on their way to the summit. Everyone was great either direction.

The trail is shaded majority of the way so it’s great for those hot summer days. The views of Rainier and the valley were amazing and with the steps to the top. Not a lot of views on the way up but it’s a great way to spend your Sunday.
