Mt Baldy via Marlene

Took the short but steep route. Some snow fields above 8700 feet, microspikes would have increased speed but I was ok with trail runners and trekking poles. Not too hot, some high clouds, light breeze. Lost the trail at a few points due to the snow cover but with maps, found it again.
