Continuing on our camping adventure, my good friend Sang and I went to the much tougher Mt. Elden on Sunday. Some call it “Piestewa in the Pines” and it’s easy to understand why. The steepness never relents but there’s never any scrambling. Maybe the toughest hike in the Flagstaff area but worth every step!
