Red Hot to Grass Mountain

Hike 5 of the Central Coast Six Pack of Peaks. It was short, but boy it was a doozy. Had to go into beast mode to climb up and down. 5.9 miles with a 2,500 ft gain. Spotted a mole and a tarantula. The views were great, the flies were not. It was warm and dry. We had fun, but it’s a one and done.
