Wanted to get this one done early in the morning so the smoke from the Glenwood Springs fire would not create a smokey summit.  Parked about half way up the Forest Service road which left about 1.5 miles to the trailhead.  Left the van at 6am and returned at 11:45am.  The day was perfect, not a hint of smoke in the sky!
