Snowy Maiden Peak

Road to Gold Lake was closed, so I hiked in from Fuji Mountain trailhead, adding about 1 mile to the trip. Bottom of the trail had some deadfall, but overall in pretty good condition. Top half was completely snow covered, making for slow going and difficult navigation. Skipped the scramble at the very top because snow made it too challenging. Views from the top were spectacular. Overall a great hike, but would have been much easier if I waited for the snow to melt.
