Our first hike this year for the 2022 challenge and in preparation for Mt Whitney was Mt Baldy. June 11, 2022. We only planned to hike to the lodge but ended up just going for it even though we did not have quite sufficient water or food. Either way we made it! Then did it again a couple weeks later with plenty of food and water.
