The not so short route to Baden!

If there’s one thing the Six Pack of Peaks has taught me, it’s that there are multiple routes to any peak. Yearly, I like to take on the peaks from various trailheads. The different routes provide new challenges and experiences. Crystal Lake to Baden Powell is definitely one of them. The trek follows along the PCT for many miles and provides amazing views and the opportunity to bag smaller peaks in between. On this particular day we had to hike along the ridge a lot of the time to stay off the north side due to snow covered areas. It was still a great day to summit Baden!
