Windy Elden

Had a really off day maybe due to altitude. It was warm, red flag day so the wind made the temperature bearable. It is a very strenuous up and down which I would compare to Bear Mt. Every footstep is taken with thought. After arriving at the top we walked around and snapped some pictures. It was so windy that we descended a bit to find a lunch spot out of the wind. Mile wise it is not a long hike and half of it seemed to be shaded. After the hike we celebrated with hot dogs at the Dog Haus, a Flagstaff institution, with a Chili dog & Chicago dog.
