Hello guys, so i found customer service and resolved the issue, but to save someone’s else’s grief, a few notes: I was using Chrome browser and apparently I was just stuck in a loop. The fix: select a new incognito window, go back to explore.garmin. com and this time select ‘sign in’ not new account, then sign back in and then pick up where you left off and viola! Case solved.
