    Backpacking over multiple days still count?

    Rose Peak is an 18-mile in-and-out hike. For me, I would say I need a good 11 hours to hike that. This time of year there is not enough sunlight nor is the park open enough hours to do that peak in a day. Does backpacking that over 2 days still count towards the challenge? My plan would be summit and then camp on the way out/down.
