Troubleshooting explore.garmin Account
Hi guys, I just got the new inreach mini 2 and I’m on the setup website and for some strange reason I cannot get past the Contacts Setup page. I’ve entered my emergency contacts multiple times now, I’ve double checked and triple checked. I’ve entered the country codes for phone numbers and added the phone numbers 2 diff ways yet I can’t make it past this stupid page it just keeps reloading. -anyone experience this issue? I see no chat option or contact option, I’m at a loss. I did not offer email addresses, but it says they’re optional.

Hello guys, so i found customer service and resolved the issue, but to save someone’s else’s grief, a few notes: I was using Chrome browser and apparently I was just stuck in a loop. The fix: select a new incognito window, go back to explore.garmin. com and this time select ‘sign in’ not new account, then sign back in and then pick up where you left off and viola! Case solved.
