Sedona feels less like an actual town and more like a theme park dedicated to New Age mysticism and Southwestern safari. At least, that’s what I thought until hiking to the summit of Wilson Mountain, the highest point in Sedona. The trail was empty, the sights and sounds were serene, and the only people I ran into were all kind and courteous. Shoutout to @Chlo_Po_83 and @TroyFronczek for being awesome company on the trail!

This hike was my personal kickoff for the 2023 @Arizona.SixPackOfPeaks, a fitness challenge that pits you against six tough trails to the top of the most scenic summits in Northern Arizona. One down, five to go!
