Arrived at the trail head at 6:30am. It was very cold. Some snow was in the banks but no snow on the parking lot. Only one other car was there. We started just as the sun was peeking out. We were greeted by some snow right away. Nothing major. The air was crisp, the sky was clear. We were there to do the 3-2-1.
The sun was out but it was still cold. There were patches of snow throughout the whole hike. It was very enjoyable.
