I went into this hike pretty ready to wreck it. I had done several long hikes and 6 14ers the week of the 4th of July so I figured this would be a breeze. I was wrong. It's about 4.5 miles of consistently uphill hiking. No one part was particularly difficult but it really were me down over time. Still managed to get out and back in about 4 hours but I definitely underestimated this one when I started.
