Started the hike at 7 am. It was a chilly morning. There was still a little bit of snow on the ground. Wind warning in the mountains that day. The gust of wind made the air very chilly. Gloves and layering were very helpful. The trail we took was 10 mile out and back. Other than the wind it was a pretty sunny day.
