This is my fourth time doing this hike. It is definitely a leg burner! Make sure to bring LOTS of water and electrolytes. Snacks are a must also. This hike is not one you want to be stuck without water. Be prepared for 6 miles of ???? rollercoaster hills to the summit and and another 6 miles of rollercoaster hills back. The summit sign is not stable so be careful to not lean on it. There were many ???? bees. More annoying than anything. Bring some cash. On the way up or down from parking is a fruit stand. Also when you reach the old car check out the glove compartment. A surprise is inside.
