My backpacking trip to Rose Peak was a failure. I had a muscle tear on my left calf 2 years ago and it began bothering me. Then I lost my balance uphill and felt discomfort in my back after that. I still kept going for 3 more miles and then I began feeling pressure on my chest with every breath, this never happened before So I decided to turn back. I didn't want to risk it. According to a hiker I ran into, I was about a mile and a half, the most, from Rose peak, which was my final destination and where I would be setting my tent for the night. But I don't know for sure. My phone froze, at mile 3 so I couldn't track down the distance and the time and could not take any more pictures but I remember seeing a sign to Doe Canyon Camp.  This is the first time I call it quits but hopefully I feel better in a couple of weeks so I can try it again. This is the only peak left to complete my challenge. Considering I did at least half the hike, I think it should be considered as completed.  LOL.
