Cloudy day in LA but once you got to the trailhead it was beautifully sunny and above the clouds. Nice gradual incline until about the last mile and a half, where it got very steep and we went through multiple false peaks! This was a nice hike and there was a lot of variety in the scenery due to the twists and turns on the trail. The road is closed just past the trailhead parking lot, but the trailhead was still accessible.
