Hike was beautiful. We set off up the hill around 1pm, with our packs ranging from 28-31.9 lbs. So our pace was fairly slow. We made it to High Creek just before sunset and set up camp. Next morning, we refilled our water from the creek and headed up. Nearly another 4.5 hrs. to summit. I'll pulled off the trail about 400 yards to play in the snow while the group was catching up and resting. Best decision I made lol. Summit was great and we headed back down around 2pm. Finished our hike at about 9pm. Night hiking was great. Saw a lot of dear around 7pm.

I will say, this hiked kicked my ass, mainly because of the weight in the packs. Bruised shoulders, and everywhere else hurts so goood
