I was fortunate to have my wife join me for this hike today. Given the fact that we have not hiked together in the San Gabriel's for some time, we decided Baden-Powell via Dawson Saddle would be a great choice for us.

The Dawson Saddle trail is great! It's not straight up and straight down but rolling. The trail condition is good and it provides the option to bag several other peaks along the way. We added Mount Burnham.
