For my second peak I chose to do Baden Powell with some friends from the Girls Who Hike FB group (unofficial meetup). We got there bright and early and it was still very cold when we started in the parking lot! The elevation hit me harder on this one than on Baldy, I think because it was not as gradual. I didn't mind that the trail is all switchbacks, it would have been much harder if that were not the case! Overall, easier than Baldy and took way less time. The views were beautiful on the way up as well as at the summit, and we stopped as a group to have some snacks and enjoy each others' company at the peak 🙂 Looking forward to my next one!
