So I just keep thinking….”Now this is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life” This was my favorite hike so far. I am a fan of looping vs. up and back the way you came. It was so great to get to the peak then descend via the “Devil's Backbone”. And the icing on the cake was the lunch break at the Baldy ski lift. A beer and a burger and the next 3 miles on a service road….piece of cake!
