I can honestly say that Baldy is one gnarly beast of a hike! Between the slate, climbs, altitude and 60-70 mph winds near and at the summit, there were many times I was ready to tap out on this one. But, I wasn't going to let Baldy defeat me so I defeated it! I hiked with 8 other women from the Mtn. Chicks So Cal and it was awesome to complete this challenge with such a cool group of badass women. Looking forward to the next one!
