Weather was amazing, right around 70 degrees and sunny when we hit the trail. Clouds came in, dropped to mid 60s – absolutely perfect. Trail conditions were as good as you could ask for on this rocky, edgy challenge. Having done this hike a few years ago was feeling pretty confident heading up the first couple ridges. By the time the descent came though I was reminded that she's a beast. The weird angles definitely took their tool towards the end and started feeling the miles. All in all though, absolutely beautiful day and an amazing hike!
