Today was the hottest day on record (91 degrees). I think the heat kept most people away because there were hardly anyone on tail today. We started at 7:45am counter clockwise so we could go down the rock scrambles. It was a little buggy, very muggy but a great hike overall. We did both the Bear mountain and Sages Ravine loop so it was 9.1 miles total which took us about 5 hours. It was a slow group and we took a lot of breaks.
I highly recommend the Sages Ravine loop. The babbling Brook and multiple waterfalls were breathtaking.
