This is a great trail with lots of shade and good climbs. There were many downed trees across the trail requiring you to climb over (couldn’t go around). These warm all freshly down since last summer. The tower was closed due to COVID19 precautions.
Saw quite a bit of wildlife – deer, birds, squirrels and butterflies. Lovely hike.
