Excellent views from near the beginning until the very end. The last half of the trail is mostly large talus rock. This requires extra time to navigate, and if you are battling any type of ankle injury this could be extremely challenging, putting your ankles in danger of further injury. Near the end, the trail is narrow with some sharp drop offs. We did not see any snakes on the trail, given the October weather was in the 40s-50s.
Again, the views are great, just be aware of the challenges. Happy trails everyone!
